A Last-Minute Save

Brought in for the final two weeks, every detail held, right down to moving the décor between venues.

A warm autumn wedding reception with round tables, burgundy linens, candlelight, and orange and red floral centerpieces.

A DIY bride who, two weeks out, realized she'd taken on more than one person could carry. I came in for the final stretch and built the day-of timeline, coordinated every vendor's arrival, and worked with the mostly-family decorating team, including transporting the ceremony décor over to the reception space, vehicles and all. She'd poured so much of herself into the planning; my job was to hold the details so she could finally exhale and enjoy it. We executed it as close to perfect as a day can get.
