A Perfect Wedding in 30 Days
A respected faith leader's wedding, 267 guests, one month, and a bride who was full by the end of the night.
A wedding for a respected community faith leader, built almost from scratch with thirty days on the clock. The bride had a venue, a dress, and the wedding-party attire, everything else, we did: out-of-town and overseas accommodations (including the groom), the seating chart, every vendor from MC to makeup, the ceremony and reception programs, the limo, the menu, emergency kits, bridal-party gift bags, and 280 custom favors wrapped in the final week. I ran weekly check-ins and the rehearsal, and built a timeline for every minute. The bride expected to go hungry at her own wedding, she'd even arranged dinner waiting at the hotel. Instead she ate at cocktail hour, ate her full dinner, had dessert, and was so present she didn't need that hotel meal at all. As a final touch, I decorated their honeymoon suite for their first night as newlyweds. Guests said it felt like a million-dollar occasion; the bride said it was a perfect day she wouldn't change.
