A clear scope from the start.
Often called day-of coordination, this work starts before the event. We review what is booked, clarify responsibilities and spot the gaps while there is time to address them. The exact handoff date, hours, staffing, rehearsal and setup duties belong in your proposal. Coordination does not automatically include full vendor sourcing, decor installation or unlimited planning meetings.
Your estimate covers the JM coordination fee. Venue, catering and other suppliers are separate.

When should we get in touch?
As soon as you know you want support. We will check availability and agree when the handoff begins; last-minute availability is never guaranteed.
